Swimming in the Deep End
I'm not going to lie - I'm beginning to find myself strangely freaked out about going off the Whole30! As my 3-year-old says while clinging to my hand in a dark room, "I'm just a wittle scared...." This experience has taught me so much that in fact, I'm nervous to be out on my own - part of me would much rather stay in the kiddie pool! 

Making it A Lifestyle
Regardless of my apprehensions, I really am excited to incorporate the knowledge, tools and good habits we've developed this month into my every day life and spontaneous decisions, helping to create a more holistic lifestyle. Personal growth should never be scary, it should be exciting! I know the only thing I have to fear is myself and really, I shouldn't be afraid of that either! The past 29 days have proven to me that I could do more than I thought I could, and so can you!
